IRS Mileage Rate Increases again in 2026 to 76.0 Cents per Mile

For the first time since 2022, the IRS is upping the standard mileage rate mid-year. Self-employed individuals and businesses can now deduct $.76 per mile driven. This new rate is effective July 1, 2026 through the end of the year.
