We get most of our joy from knowing that people appreciate and value what we’ve created.

To that end, we operate by trying to understand what customers need and why. Whether it’s fixing a bug or evaluating requests for new features, we tend to be a curious bunch. So, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] – and expect some follow-up questions.

As part of our approach, we are more likely to make sure features and functionality work well before moving on to something shiny and new. This may mean, for example, that we won’t add a new sales channel until we (and more importantly, our customers) are happy with the current product and currently supported channels.

Lastly, we tend to be straight shooters. We’ll do our best to answer questions and respond to requests honestly and earnestly. We may get it wrong when talking about future plans, and we may at times simply say no to certain requests. But we will aim to be as straight-forward as possible, and hope our customers will do the same with us.
