Are consigned items “inventory”?
Technically, no, but you can still track them as inventory in Seller Ledger – just use a $0.00 cost per item.
How do I find the net profit of my consigned sales in Seller Ledger?
For any single sale, you can click into your marketplace/store account from the Dashboard, find the sale and click “Expand” to see the details.
Or, go to our Gross and Net Profit report and filter by date range, or even search by SKU or product name.
Does Seller Ledger calculate my consignor commission automatically?
At this time, no. You’ll need to track your agreement terms and commission rates outside of Seller Ledger. But, if you know them or have them ready when recording commissions owed, Seller Ledger gives you the net profit to work from.
